never had a vacuum like or since my 1st DYSON VACUUM. Can't be beat,I'M still using my 1st one purchased over 10 tears ago I believe and have another i purchsed because the price was great,haven't had to use number 2 yet,then I seen this one at SAM'S CLUB for such a wonderful price and deal I couldn't resist it. Now the absolutely proud owner of 3,still using the 1st one and going strong. EASIEST maintenance EVER,ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DYSON BALL ANIMAL!

great vacuum easy to use quality product

I LOVE the suction, very powerful! Picked up a bunch of dirt my other brand vacuums left behind! I like it for the most part, however, the hose is not great. It is not easy to use as it adds a bunch of resistance when trying to bend it at the top while maneuvering. Also, I wish there was an accessory that came with it to do the stairs. All in all, a good vacuum!

My 2nd Dyson. I'm a pretty big Dyson fan generally (hair dryer, vacuums), so when my old dyson finally sucked up its last small area rug and killed the motor, it was a no brainer that I would replace it with another. Price at Sam's Club was unbeatable. The newer dyson is lighter than the old one without sacrificing suction/power. Like the 3 settings which can control the suction mire than my ladt model. Overall, I'm pleased!

I have a Dyson which is smaller and I gifted that to my daughter. I have had it for years and the quality was excellent. This one was on sale and even though it was bigger in size I thought it would work great for my needs but it was just too bulky and difficult to maneuver. I also put it on the highest pile setting and my carpet is not a high pile but it was so difficult to push so I chose to return it.

First-Dyson makes a product that really vacuums well. But, this machine was very heavy and hard to push. It reminded me of pushing my Kirby without the automatic drive engaged-kind of like pushing a mower without using the auto drive to help relieve the resistance. I returned it -just too hard on my shoulder to push.

This is a powerful vacuum but you can’t vacuum higher pile carpet because it doesn’t have a self adjusting head. It’s an older model which wasn’t listed that way so I can’t vacuum every room with it. Very disappointed. I was also charged $50.00 more on Walmart’s page as Dyson has the same one on their website for $229.99. Someone owes me $50.00. I’m thinking of sending it back due to the lack of carpet sizes I can vacuum. And the price. And it smells like rubber burning which I figured that may be worth all new vacuums. At least I hope so.

So I had this version of the Dyson vacuum nearly 8 years ago. This one is made so cheaply in comparison. It's clunky to try and use the hose with attachments and the actual tube feels cheap and thin. It's still the best for suction power but the materials and built are far inferior to the original model I had.

I have owned a Dyson for 10 years, best vacumn ever. Thought it was time to get a new one. Dyson is not the same company it once was. Like all the other reviews the head kept falling off. I read the reviews, maybe a bad batch so I took the chance. Once it happened 3 times within 15 minutes, I took it apart and returned it. Standing in line the man in front of me also had the same problem. I will not recommend Dyson anymore.
