Easy Crank Can Opener

Fantastic! My sister, s fingers are all crooked with arthritis, making normal can openers difficult and painful. She has an electric one but we are having a deep freeze winter. If the power is out for a few days she could be troubled. Now I don't have to fret. So thanks.

Occasionally I need to open a can of food when there is no electricity available, as when camping. All the others are hard to use; they need Popeye's arms. This one is a bit bigger and does not fold up quite as small for storage, but it whips through the cans almost as smooth and effortlessly as an electric one. It is easy to clean and I intend to order more for the kids.

My aunt can't use the electric can opener. I bought her a one touch and she likes it but she doesn't trust it. She had to have something manual so the batteries wouldn't die just before supper. Her hands are not strong enough to do the little 3-inch twisty cutters. This is just right for her. The placement handles each have a big part of the cutter so she can see where it is going. Those handles are also longer and give her more leverage to make that first puncture. The crank allows her to use her whole arm instead of just her arthritic hand. This is wonderful and she loves it. I love this can opener! Having kids, they always want to try out your new stuff! All three of my kids can use it with ease and they are 9, 7, and 5 years old!

Love this can opener! What a difference from our old one! My 88 yr. old mom couldn't use our previous opener, but this one was no trouble at all. Glad I got it for her.

This is the best can opener for persons with arthritis. I've bought them fore many family members. They all love them and use them regularly. Best part, they don't break after a year like the motorized ones.

This is an excellent brand can opener that gets the job done with ease and very effective. No fumbling with the twist handle or bearly cutting. This can opener cranks it way around the can quickly and efficiently. The gear mechanism are heavy duty and look like they will provide long service life.

Due to a stroke I have only partial use of my right hand but this can opener makes it possible to once again include canned goods in my menus.

LOVE my old one but having problems with this new model. First can tried, actually had trouble attaching to can, then actually punctured hole in can below lid. Tried on different can this morning - still hard to attach, but did finally open can with just tear in can label. The first model has crank handle just like this one, but new one is stationary (first model has handle that folds in so easier to store). Am I doing something wrong when attaching? The cutting blade appears to be more angled than first one. THANK YOU
