⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm thrilled with my ECHELON bike from Walmart! Setup was easy, the build quality is excellent, and the ride feels smooth and professional. The connected workouts keep me motivated every day. It's like having a studio cycling class right at home—absolutely worth it!

I really have enjoyed my Echelon experience. I put in a lot of miles on foot in 2020 and I wanted to keep the momentum going through the winter. My wife and I discussed what the right equipment would be and we settled on the Echelon EX-5s spin bike and a membership. It was a lot of money but it's paid off.

Love the bike and the whole experience. It has been awhile since I rode a regular bike but this makes it easy and I am building up endurance and confidence every day and within weeks I see results. In addition, there are so many choices. I am never going to ride like a 35 year old again since those days are decades behind me ... but, there are so many rides I can do and I am climbing the leaderboard all the time. It is better than I ever expected it to be. Your coaches are all amazing. Thanks for the experience.

I am so glad I made the investment in my health and purchased the Echelon EXs bike. I had never done indoor cycling before but wanted to find a way to exercise at home and stay healthy during this unprecedented time in our world. While I had to wait a bit for my bike to arrive due to the demand, since I've had it I haven't missed more than a day a week taking a spin class or the variety of classes offered via FitPass. As an active cyclist for over 20 years and living in Utah, I needed an option in the winters. I had a Tour de France stationary bike for years and when it became time to get a new one, I took some time to look around at the options! I enjoy the bike however it boots me out a lot which is extremely frustrating! When I get back in I lose my spot and all my stats and have to start from ground 0. I wish it would "save" your information so to speak so that you could start were you left off.

Overall, we (my wife and I) absolutely love the bike! It has so greatly helped us stay active in this Michigan climate with the lockdowns in effect and working from home. It is sturdy and reliable, after 3 months of fairly heavy use, and we greatly enjoy the many options for live or on-demand classes.

Fantastic equipment. Very sturdy and stable. Solidly put together and easy self-assembly. It's already giving me great workouts. The membership component is half that of Peloton and easily comparable. My only difficulty is that the blue-tooth connection to the equipment, other devices and heart-rate monitor are not stable or intuitive. For reasons I'll never understand you need to wait for a new equipment connection when you go between 'home' and any workout schema. Haven't been able to pair my apple device to the tablet yet

I love the bike, but I am having a couple of issues. I sent an email to Echelon a couple of days ago and have not received a reply. In the past 2 weeks everytime I use the bike I have to reconnect it to the program. When I first got the bike this was not happening. The other issue is today my output was not registering on the left side of the screen and neither was any one elses. Hopefully these issues can be resolved.

I really like the bike, but I have had a few issues with the interface between the bike and the screen/app. The adjustment knob doesn't always function and often increases/decreases tension in uneven increments. I have also had issues with the video on live classes freezing (the stats continue working) - the only way to fix it is to exit the class, but then you lose all stats accumulated for that ride. I have checked my WiFi connection and it is running at mire than sufficient speed to support the app without interruption. I would also like to see more classes during peak periods as well as 60min classes.
