Bought it for my son who is graduating from High School. Due to the coronavirus we put it in his card and opened a bank account for the real money. He has no idea yet but it is a geeat way to make sure he uses the money for his car. While keeping him safe from dirty momey.
Teach your kids that money doesn't grow on trees with Play Money Bills. They are realistic looking- but don't try to pay for lunch with them, please! They look and feel real, which will help kids really learn money and what each bill is worth. Maybe even toss in a quick history lesson (presidents!)
I searched for paper money to use at home for my children. We have built a home economy with credits and debits. Hoping to teach them to save. Making beds in morning gets them $5. Back talking makes them lose $5 etc. They can save up for trips to the movies or one on one time with parents all sorts of things. This money is a good quality paper. It is thick enough to stand up for multiple uses. I see it lasting a long time in our house. Not at all flimsy.

This is a great gift for the little one, to teach them face value of money, make money transactions as a hands on tool.
I wish I would have seen the item in person. I ordered it based on it's look. I loved that the bills looked real, but when I got them, I was very disappointed in their size. They are MUCH smaller than a real bill. I wanted to use them with my special needs students in a cash register.
In the picture the bills look larger in size. I ordered these expecting them to be closer to actual bill size, for adult use, they are not. Each bill is only 2 inches by 4.5 inches (similar size to Monopoly money). There is no size description on the product page. I was disappointed and had to return them.

I was looking for play money to use for table game practice and entertainment. My goal was to find money that was realistic in look, feel and size. Educational Insights' description and illustrations of their play money led me to believe it was "realistic, actual-size design" so I purchased two packs. The dimensions of the bills are 4.5" x 2", roughly the size of monopoly money. Needless to say this product is short of my expectations.
