This was super easy to assemble. The look of the heater is attractive and the heat output is great. I've had it for a couple weeks and have used it many times. It didnt come with a cover so will likely keep it in the garage over the winter if I can't find a decent cover

IMPECCABLE QUALITY!! As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer quality for me is paramount. This patio heater has a high quality paint finish. Parts are incredibly well protected in substantial shipping packaging. Installation hardware is packaged and organized relative to each assembly step. Instructions are very concise and easy to understand (I have assembled aircraft modifications with more difficult to understand instructions). In addition to a well organized hardware kit there is a "spare" hardware assortment and a 10/12mm wrench (although you will likely need an extra 10 %26 12mm wrench %26 Phillips screwdriver).  Pressure regulator is good quality. After 42 years in aviation it takes a lot to impress me. THIS IS A QUALITY PRODUCT! I have already purchased two more for gifts and will likely purchase another for myself. This patio heater receives my highest recommendation.

I have owned these types of heaters for years and years now. I just purchased this one because it was on sale and I am storing it for next winter. I wanted to leave this review as a tip to purchase during hot months, to save money. Winter will be coming at some point.

The wheels seem inadequate. When moving the unit some extra muscle is needed to move and steer. For the job it's perfect.

So, we just got this patio heater and got it put together. Now we get a full tank of propane, and the hose from the propane tank up to the burner won't seal where the regulator meats the femail end of the thredded piece that connects to the tank. Called the support numbers. What a joke. Will call walmart in the morning. Not that they will be any help more help than the full voicemail from service. The hose isn't going to last anyway because it sticks straight out from the tannk. You can't get the cover down without putting side pressure on that connection. I have no idea how Walmart takes care of thisli d of thing. Im expecting it won't be a good time though.

Unfortunately I have not received the item that I ordered. It was sent to someone else in a different state with a very different address and name. I tried to contact the seller to figure out what happened only to get a response in Chinese. No I am not happy about paying for something that someone else is enjoying and that I can't get a refund

Heater is not functioning. Send a message to start a return for replacement. No one response…. Very poor Customer Service %23.

Bought for a gift. when they went to put together the burner was damaged .They have tried several times to contact company for replacement but mailbox is slways full. Stay away!
