After our playstation4 kept over heating and turning off I got this and so far it's helping. We haven't had a over heating problem so far.

Item was delivered on time. its a Christmas gift for my Husband, so its not open. Came in a big white plastic sealed envelope packaging. Did open that part to make sure Item was right. The item itself was in a plastic see able sealed packaging, that doesn't have design of item or even a box of the item. Was sealed

Works well to help organize area. Controller charger doesn't charge.

Make sure you have a ps slim or the regular ps4 the pro doesnt fit right

One of the dock charger connectors came off inside my controller. Only used two times. But the rest of it is handy aside from that
