PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB Console (Good)

Got one of these to replace a damaged earlier model console I thought was dead. Has been reliable so far, but have only had it since February of 2019. Though I prefer the looks of the older version I have, this one gets the job done just fine. It does have a better WiFi receiver with a bump in data speed. It's noticeable on a congested network when just about everything in the house is communicating with WiFi all at once.

I don’t know why they stopped having the 1TB in stores. It was cheaper buying it online than the 500GB in store. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase although delivery was delayed for two days It was worth it.

Very fun and easy to use. The only thing is that on the first day that I got it the controller was acting up well after an hour of trying to fix it all I had to do was unplug the main cord out of the wall. But other than that stressful moment it’s a great console

This ps4 was listed as new. IMO, it was used. the controller had signs of uses, the controller charge cable didn't have a wire tie, the HDMI cable zip bag was open and dusty. also, the consoles power cable was zip tied. It does work, so I'm going to let it slide.

Have NEVER got the thing to work properly. It keeps saying it needs me to put a USB device into my computer and download from PlayStation.com an update and re-installation for a version of 13.04 or later. I should NOT have to do that. I've tried several times to upload this version from "the cloud" and it doesn't work. So there.

Worst experience ever. Purchased this with my son's money on my card. Received the PS4 that showed no signal to the tv. Walmart didn't want to address the issue when I returned it to my local Walmart as instructed. They would not accept it. I had to call Walmart customer support 3 times before the store would take it on 10/22. I have reached out to Walmart customer service another 6 times as of today %26 it appears that I have gotten scammed. I have the local Walmart store return receipt %26 the amount of the refund of $427 as of 12/8 I have yet to receive a refund. After contacting Walmart customer service on 12/8 they are now finally telling me the seller is claiming water damage (coffee) which for the 3 hours we had it never worked, nor do we drink coffee.

In two years I’ve had three ps4’s crash on me. This one can’t even download something without shutting itself off.

This game system is cheaply made. It doesn't read the disc. You have to use a sharp ice pick to eject the disc. The system doesn't upgrade correctly. You get a CE-30005-8 PS4 Error Code. That nobody seems to know how to fix. Save your money and save yourself from all of these headaches. This is now officially the worst gaming system ever made. Sony should recall every PS4 Slim. Because this is nothing but a piece of trash.
