Eight O'Clock The Original Medium Roast Ground Coffee 42 oz Bag

Love this coffee and have for a long time. When I was a kid (+/-60 years ago) I remember my mother buying this at our local A&P store and they would grind the whole beans right at the check-out counter for you. tey

We have been using Eight O'Clock coffee many years. It has smooth taste lovely aroma. The medium roast is robust but not overly strong and definitely invites another cup. Friends and family have switched to Eight O'Clock after tasting, so I think it is a keeper.

We are coffee connoisseurs at this house. In fact two of my children worked at probably one of the most famous group of coffee shops in the world for 5 to 6 years. Therefore, we know good coffee. This was an excellent product with good for flavor. We normally prefer beans to ground. However, for a ground coffee this was not bad at all!

My husband & I have tried so many brands of coffees over the years but I have to say the Eight O'Clock coffee is what we keep going back to. It has a great smooth flavor that is perfect! And the price is good at Sam's Club too! So even after trying the famous name brand coffees that you can buy from the drive thru windows, we still prefer the Eight O'Clock coffee!!

My husband and I absolutely love the flavor of Eight O'Clock original coffee! It has a rich flavor that is not bitter at all. I prefer the flavor of this coffee hands-down to any other. I do not get acid reflux issues after I drink this coffee either, so it's definitely my coffee of choice!

The packaging is poor. Attempting to open it, the glue was so strong the package ripped. I had to transfer the 42 ounces into another container. In addition, the package did not have a zip lock to retain freshness. Too bad, too much trouble.... please correct this!

I accidentally ordered the ground version of the coffee. I have been using the whole bean version for years. The ground coffee did not taste as good as the whole bean (which I grind fresh right before brewing). For a ground coffee I suppose it is probably ok.

The reason I bought so much was that I heard the coffee was no longer to be sold by Sam's and in fact the whole bean coffee is no longer on the shelf. I've always loved the whole bean's smell and flavor when ground as well as when perked, whereas the ground coffee is not near the same quality and in fact a bit bitter.

Eight O'clock coffee is all I ever drink, but when I received it the package was open and it was not vacuum packed and coffee was spilled out inside the plastic bag it was in...so if you know it's opened why ship it out??? This will be returned and I'm very unhappy I received it in this condition. Errors in products have been happening a lot lately.
