cinnamon Mexixano
The best cinnamon stick in my opinion is the Mexican cinnamon stick. Very potent and smells amazing. Just wish they came in smaller size

I recommend it
This is Ceylon cinnamon, sweet and softer than cassia cinnamon, if you consume cinnamon in a daily basis is safer than cassia. It has a subtle taste that doesn't overpower a recipe. Great for tea too.
