The most delicious Tamales came out with this Masa I Love it!

First time using this brand. I thought that because it was instant all I had to do was add water. If also required baking power. I stilled used it without. My tamales were delicious.

I like the product I used it before but I wouldn't order it online again, the product container (kind of a paper container) was broken inside the box.

Used to love and use all the time, but they added folic added, which we can't have for health reasons. Folic acid is a man made form of B9 and very poorly absorbed. it can cause health issues in people who poorly absorb synthetic B vitamins, which is around half the population. Please take the folic acid out of the flour, so we can order again. Use methylfolate or folinic instead of folic acid, if you must add B9.

This review is not against the product it is against WALMART. I ordered 5 of these, with THREE of them being EXPIRED or just about to expire. By the time I saw the BEST IF USED BY date it was already too late. The masa tasted fine and I would buy it again, but I will be very leery to order it from WALMART again.

I received my order on 11/8/22. The ‘sell by date' was September 30, 2022. They appeared fine. And I didn't want to deal with the return process so I kept them. I knew I would use them within a couple of days. I took them out of my pantry on 11/11 to use it and the bags were infested with bugs. My pantry now is also infested. I had to throw the bags out and other items in my pantry. A total waste of time and money. The pictures don't tell the whole story because I wanted to clean up as quickly as possible. HORRIBLE SELLER!
