I messed up, they didn't
I bought these thinking that they were smaller than they are. I wanted to add them to a battery powered spice grinder. But, as they are larger, 1 1/2” to 4” long, that didn't work out so good, I had to cut them down to 1/4” to 1/2” lengths, the seeds coming out, to get them into the grinder chamber. This is no fault of the seller/manufacturer, I just wanted to try to mix them for instant flavor additions. The biggest problem is that the skins often come out in a small sheet, not being actually “ground” up. As I've said, this situation is no fault of anyone but me. The product is as advertised and tasty. … Nuff Sayd P.S. the photo is a sandwich sized bag, to represent correct size comparison.

These chiles always taste so fresh and delicious. We make homemade salsas and they always come out full of flavor. Its not too spicy, just the right amount of kick
