Nature's Truth Electrolyte tablets: are a great choice for me; as I cannot tolerate the artificial sweeteners in the liquid electrolytes. They work well ( bottle says take 3, I alternate taking 1 and 2 every other day because I am hypersensitive to meds %26 vitamins. They have a very faint taste of salt., are football shaped, %26 about the size of a Tylenol (long ones, not round). I have almost finished the bottle I purchased, and getting ready to order more. The only downfall is, they are not available to purchase In Store; which is inconvenient for me, because I don't usually make online purchases.
I like these tablets because they are simple, inexpensive and flavorless. They are meant to be swallowed whole but can also be dissolved in water. Dissolving takes a few minutes and leaves a little residue. If you suck on them or leave them in your mouth too long they will taste salty. I use them for my home-made sports drink.
I have to keep things at all times so I won't get dehydrated.
Grateful for people that drink a lot of water like me they need to replenish their electrolytes !
Works great but don't love the taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These electrolyte tablets are pretty great. It's like having a healthy Gatorade handy. I like that it has all natural ingredients and nothing unnecessary. I liked having it for lunch drink and during and after workouts.
as the primary ingredient seems to be essentially table salt I expected a wider variety of actual electrolytes but it's pretty basic and upon doing research I found more effective and efficacious manners of doing this
Unfortunately the pills are too large for me to easily swallow.
Read the amount of the daily value of electrolytes that are included in each capsule, and then look at how many times they are suggesting you take the capsules let day. I feel so ripped off, in my opinion just chomp down a couple bananas per day.
i ordered two bottles one bottle was empty. just crazy, probably emptied at the store and put back in the box.
