Elegear Self Inflating Sleeping Pad, 3.1" Ultra-Thick Memory Foam Camping Pad with Pillow Fast Inflating in 20s Insulated Camping Mattress Pad 4-Season Camp Sleeping Mat for Camping/Car/Tent

I believe this mattress would do decent at self inflating, however I am impatient and manually blew it up. I find the combination of memory foam plus air to be plenty comfortable; I had no issues sleeping on my back and/ or side. Definitely worth the money for sleeping in comfort while camping.

I was blown away at how easy this was to inflate with the self inflating option and use. It did exactly what the directions said. Self inflated and very very thick and comfortable. Soft to the touch and shapes to your body upon laying. Like sleeping in a cloud!

Used this on a camping trip to put in a cot. He has a bad shoulder and normally sleeps on his side, aggravating the shoulder. This pad was so comfortable that he didn't roll and woke up without being sore. He said that he hadn't slept that well in months.

Way better quality than anticipated! Super easy self-inflation process, convenient to put away again when not in use, excellent sleep on multiple camping excursions now. My son keeps hogging it, so I eventually bought two more for my husband and I so the whole family has their own. Fantastic purchase, zero regrets.

Decided to finally opt for a more lux camping pad. Used it for 2 weeks of camping and found it a total upgrade from my previous yoga mat, inflatable camp mat combo

It's good and sturdy. Feels comfortable.

no pumps needed

This pad is thick and sturdy. I used it on top of a cot due to hip discomfort on a hard surface. It was perfect-no more pain. Would be great for on the ground use too. “Inflates” on its own and relatively easy to roll back up. Feels like memory foam. Highly recommend the extra money for this pad. It is wonderful!

I've been using for sometime now and it's comfortable. It's easy to fold and inflates fast, takes time to fully inflate the first you open. It's not that big but it's okay. Only concern is the head rest(pillow), you still will need a separate pillow.

Can't get it to deflate!
