Works well, well made. If I had to use one for a long time (months or years) I would get one with balloon air up tires and disk brakes. But for short time this is a lot cheaper.

Easy to put together. Comes mostly assembled. Instruction booklet not perfect but knee scooter and parts clearly marked and visible. Thought I was missing a part but I wasn't. Customer servive quickly stepped up to offer help. Shipped out and delivered very fast. Quality mobility scooter. I highly reccomend it.

Got the knee walker three days after breaking my left leg. Assembly was easy, but the directions were worthless. A 10 year old could get better pictures on how to assemble the walker. Fortunately there are videos online. I am very mechanical after working on copy machines for 29 years. I just unpacked it on the dining room table (covered) and only had one screw in the wrong place, easily switched. I weigh 230 lbs and fly down the hardwood hallway. Visiting nurses are always impressed. It will go on my graveled driveway with difficulty and I need help getting it into a car. Easy to go backwards and to pick up the front while the back is down to turn around. Been using it for 2 week now and no complaints. Would buy again, and will store for another problem in my 80 years of life. Wish I'd had it with my crushed leg in 2010, or cut foot in 2019.

Excellent product rugged and durable construction

Great value. Most of us only need these temporarily, and this is an affordable alternative to renting one ! Plus I can donate it after I'm done.

A very nice knee scooter. Not particularly lightweight but it is sturdy. It folds down for transport. Not so great: the knee rest is hard and may cause discomfort particularly with a cast.

The directions were not very detailed, which made assembly a bit hard. This made me uncomfortable because I didn't want this put together incorrectly and cause further injury or a new injury if it wasn't safely assembled. Once it was put together, I tried it around the home and it's extremely fast and has no resistance at all. It almost feels too loose for the purpose, since this should be taken slow. I can use the brakes, but overall, it's not the most comfortable and doesn't make me feel confident when using.

This is not for short people! i am 5'5", and it didn't adjust low enough. I bought platforms to compensate. I also had an issue with the seat kinda breaking down, but I think that might have been the way I was using it.

Although it was an easy assembly parts were missing along with caps to cover the screws. Because of this the item is wobbly and my pants leg/shoe gets caught on the exposed screw. I have fallen multiple times maneuvering around. The cushion is not secured and uncomfortable. I have ordered another scooter from a different company and this sits in a corner

Ordered this for surgery. Arrived on time, however it was obvously used. Had scratches and parts missing. Whoever had it before tried to put it together and had assembled it incorrectly--perhaps that is why it was not foldable. Contacted Walmart and they told me to keep it and they would contact me about the refund. Then days later I was told to return it.
