Elenker Steerable Knee Walker Deluxe Medical Scooter, Black

At 54 years old, I am too old for crutches. And after a recent foot surgery-after one week I was over those things. My husband purchased this for me, And I am Sooo Grateful! I love being able to get around without worry of falling, and without staying on my behind for too long! The mobility is awesome! This is very sturdy and smooth ride. Does make sharp turns-but that makes it safe…I just had to move some furniture in my house to get around that. Highly recommend!

This scooter is great for getting around after an injury or surgery. It fits through the interior doors and around the kitchen island comfortably. The four wheels are large enough to provide better balance. I am quite pleased with it.

Easy assembly and good mobility. Rolls smoothly through wooden floors in home. Not so much on carpet. Easy to transport.

I purchased it for my son because he couldn't walk. He rarely used it because it was hard for him to move around the house with it. It was pretty expensive for the amount of times he used it.

This item was great at first and allowed me to have freedom of movement. Today I attempted to fold the device to put it in my car and the parts that allow the device to fold and secure the folding part to the base all fell off. I can probably put them back but right now it no longer feels safe.

It will be better if all the wheels swivel because it's hard to navigate especially with limited mobility, I had a shoulder pain when I used it

I purchased the unit for my dtg, she had surgery to fix her broken ankle. I was surprised it didn't come put together but she did it. We had 2 BIG issues with this scooter 1) The wheel came off-- the screws loosen up 2) The basket you would have thought it would have been the wheel hehe but the part that bends it down broke and she was worried it wouldn't allow her to be mobile. (She is a college student) 3) When the scooter folds down the basket bends.

i never got the scooter. the company that was selling didn't send it and never replied when i attempted to contact them

I never got a chance to use it. It arrived broken. Obviously there's no quality control with this company.

i need to return this knee walker cause I can not put this together. I am in the hospital can not take pics or even try to do something with it. tell me how to return the knee walker.
