e.l.f. Big Mood Mega Volume & Lifting Waterproof Mascara, Black, 0.30 fl oz

I've been using this mascara over my regular mascara because my eyes water from allergies or in the winter when it's cold out. It makes my lashes appear fuller and is a true waterproof mascara. I have bought this many times. It washes off easily with makeup remover. The price is great. You can't go wrong with Elf!

I did a full wear test using this mascara and even drenched my face with water. It didn't budge! My lashes were flexible to the touch and even with multiple coats, it did not clump or flake. The wand helped to add volume while the jojoba wax kept my lashes in place. This is my new favorite mascara!

Pretty much the only waterproof mascara I will use or recommend. Provides excellent volume and length without drying out my lashes. No issues with clumping or adding another layer well after it's dried down.

i love this mascara. i use the waterproof version, stays on all day and doesn't smudge. comes off easy with cleanser. the brush is huge and fluffy, thats what got me hooked! good price.

This is seriously the best mascara I have ever used before and I won't even bother to try elf's new mascara because I highly doubt it is possible to top this. This is for elf's regular big mood but I had to put it under the waterproof version since technical issues, and since I think the formula is pretty much the same! These are my genuine thoughts about it and I know some people over exaggerate and it's hard to find a happy medium with all the reviews all over the place, but this is the truth for me, and I hope that can help: I am just genuinely so happy with this! I tried lash it loud (which took a long time to put on, took awhile to take off and always poked my eye with those spiky things, and let me tell you-OUCH!) that one made my eyelashes really long but also flat...but with this one I am happily surprised at how well this does all it says it does (and products Should always do that but they don't, so now I need to make a point and say when they do lol🤦🏼‍♀️) this one has especially lots of volume-for example people are always surprised when I say I don't use my eyelash curler-I don't even need too, but if you wanted an even bolder look-go for it! I do the zig zag technique I saw online and when I started that, I noticed it REALLY makes that difference. I go from the bottom up (even though some people do the opposite, that doesn't seem to work very well for me.) and then I do a top up at the tips to make them elongated! Since I normally have eyeliner on my water line, I don't even do the bottom row of eyelash's (also because the downside of the brush: since it is so thick it gets on the skin below your eye a bit, it is easy to wash off with water though.) I think the hour glass brush is what makes this such a good product, I am not makeup artist but I can tell this is quality! I think you can add lots of character and emphasis on the eyes without it clumping-it totally looks like fake eyelashes! The only thing is sometimes the thick part of the wand gets on the eye crease and you just gotta wipe it off. As far as the formula, it stays on well-doesn't really smudge, and doesn't have a strong smell (other then the topical smell of mascara lol!) Also such a great price point for mascara too :) I mentioned earlier I have tried lots of mascara-(Elf's mineral mascara, elf's lash it loud, elf's diamond mascara and another one I can't remember-something to do with length and volume...that did not work, I've tried other brands-wet and wild, the brand Milk from Sephora-and I thought I would never find one better then that, but I did! And for lots cheaper too! I just bought the waterproof version of this yesterday and if your interested in this one (or the waterproof one) I'd suggest you buy the two pack to save some money because I really wish I had done that! And these are my honest thoughts about this item, I'm really super pleased with the quality and if you value the same points I mentioned, I'm sure you will too! I enjoy this make up going on smoothly and thickly per coat. I just wished it had longer lasting waterproofing than it does. Overall I'm glad I made this purchase choice. Also fyi I have Alpha-gal Syndrome and getting a mascara that doesn't make my eyes itch is something I completely love about this brand.

This is my go to and have tried many different price points. I like the texture and volume for my eyelashes. It is not thoroughly water proof for me.n the way my eyes and bone structure are shaped.Also use a heavier face cream for my age. I get transfer to my eyes lids if too long.

It an amazing brush. The mascara itself is kinda meh. But the use it with the brush, and then coat it after with better mascara, follow it again with the brush. Lashes are flawless.

Mediocre. It really didn't give me any outstanding volume. The brush was a nightmare. The tip of the wand/brush is vey full and round. It was terrible trying to use it on the eyelashes at the inner corners of my eyes. It either was poking my eyeball or it would get mascara on my eyelid beside my nose. Definitely not a fan of the huge full round tip on the brush☹️

I PURCHASED A COUPLE OF THESE MASCARA'S AFTER READING THE REVIEWS. I USED IT A FEW DAYS AGO BUT IN ORDER TO BUILD YOUR LASHES UP YOU HAVE TO KEEP APPLYING. JUST CLUMPED.
