e.l.f. Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer, 0.23 fl oz

This stuff works great! I have never used eyeshadow primer. But lately my eyeshadow is moving all over the place. It does not stay in place! So I decided to try this and to my surprise, my eyeshadow has stayed in place for 6 hours so far. Looks like I just put it on. First I applied way too much so it was really wet. I dried it with my little fan. Then I applied a very light eyeshadow over my whole eyelid up to the brow line. (I don't have any powder) Looks great! By the way, I use a lot of eyeshadow. Light brown, medium brown and dark brown in the corners.

This Eyeshadow Primer really works! 1. easy-to-use 2. eye shadow last over 8 hours I use a lot of different products from e.l.f. and I haven't found anything that I haven't given 5 stars to. Try the Primer on your face, then your moisturizer, then your foundation when you are done with your makeup finish off with their setting spray.

It isn't what I wanted, I wanted mascara instead, but I had already opened the pkg.

This primer is great. I used to purchase proof it; but they stopped making it. So I had to try another brand. Happy that I found this product! It works perfectly. And the price is right.

Does not work on my oily hooded eyes. My eyeliner cracks and my eyeshadow creases. Seems very thin and oily itself

Terrible. Caused my eyelids to swell and I couldn't open my eyes. I had to take Benadryl.. and I am not typically sensitive to makeup. It is also very runny and hard to apply evenly. This product should be removed from the market.

This product goes on invisibly and makes my eye make-up stick like glue all day. Comes off well with make-up remover at days end but m make-up stays perfectly until I remove it. Wish I had found this years ago.

Very good eyeshadow primer. I learned to use a tiny amount. Too much, and it will end up settling in creases and fine lines, causing eyeshadow to do the same. Once you get the amount right, it works well, keeping eyeshadow in place. A very small amount directly under lower lashes is good if you apply any shadow there too. I would buy it again.
