e.l.f. Perfect 10 Eyeshadow Palette, Everyday Smoky

I received this as a Christmas gift alongside other elf makeup products, and I absolutely adore it! This simple yet classy eyeshadow palette is perfect for my everyday look, and with it I can create a really nice look which stands out through my glasses, but also looks natural enough to wear to school and work. I have sensitive skin, and this makeup product works well without creating any skin disturbances.

FAB-ULOUS!! You can put it on better with your finger. Very silky and smooth. stays on all day. Gorgeous smokey colors. LOVED 😍 IT!!

I love this palette a lot. It's blendable, buildable, and easy to work with! I also really like the color story and I find it to be very versatile. I can make natural looks with it or full on glam. The only thing is that I kind of find the shimmers to be a bit subtle for my taste, however I found that using a damp brush with it helps them really pop. Overall though, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking for a good everyday palette. :3

Stronger quality pigment compared to palettes of similar price in other brands. No allergic reactions. And just looks really nice. (Everyday Smoky)

This eyeshadow pallette is great for festivals and parties. The wide range and easy belndability of the formula means you can create many different looks.

I was skeptical to buy a palette that seemed to look this small, but I am glad I did. It is like the holy grail of the ''no makeup'' makeup look. I bought the Nude palette and it has all the shades you need. I have a light complexion and there are colors that are lighter and many darker than my complexion, which is perfect for building depth! It is compact, yet holds so much product, for this price? This is a steal. Prep your skin, put it on and voilà. The colors have rich pigment, so much that sometimes I have to even it out on my arm before applying it to my eyelids.

I've just created an eye look with the pastel palette, not bad but no great. The shadows are quite patchy in places and hard to blend; though I don't wear pastels that often so I'm not too bothered. Nice palette to create an interesting look every now and then but quality isn't great.

The colors look good in the palette but aren't very vibrant after application. I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.

I received the old version of the summer breeze palette & I emailed and complained as elf is advertising new packaging which is why I bought it I preferred the new one. They are sending me a replacement but instead of leaving it at that they said “ Please note that it was indicated on the product page that the packaging could vary for this product - however we are sending a replacement to you, as you requested.” I don't see this anywhere on the “product page” be more clear with your marketing elf. I am an ICON customer that shops with you often & this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I get that ingredients change from time to time, but with such a controversial ingredient, this definitely feels like a bait and switch. Yes, I know talc, in and of itself isn't really the problem, but I don't necessarily trust cosmetics companies to routinely test a large enough sample size to ensure the talc is clean.
