The picture is deceiving. There are no hard sides. Tree did fir it but more like a duffle bag

I was hoping this would look like the picture once I put my trees in it...it does state Duffel bag and that is what it looks like when full. It is beautiful and well made,but I wanted it to be like the picture,more like a storage box. I put two trees in it. My five foot full tree and my six foot pencil tree....very roomy.

It is big enough, but I was hoping it was going to be sturdier and zippers would be tougher.

i was expecting somewhat hard sides like a previous purchase. This is more like a thin, backpack material.

Misleading. There is no supports in the bag to hold its shape and could never look nice and neat like the picture unless you have an exact size rectangular item inside.

It is September, have not used it yet. As described with regards to color and dimensions.

This is the worst online purchase I have ever made. The bag has no frame and sags in every direction. It's almost impossible to wheel it because the weight of the tree inside pulls it in every direction. Essentially, you are purchasing a duffel bag. It will take two people to carry it.

Agree with the other low ratings. This is a giant duffel bag. I just wanted a box/bag on wheels. I tried putting the original tree box structure in the bag to give it a structure. Even that wouldn't work. Try to wheel it and the tree drops to the bottom and the bag goes everywhere, dragging as you roll. Spent roughly two hours trying to make this work but am returning it. Isn't worth it. Also my tree is a 7.5ft tree and it was difficult getting it in. Can't imagine trying to fit a 9ft tree in there.
