The bike was shipped promptly. Arrived with a damaged fender, a piece was broken off. I sent an email to company and they responded quickly and assured me they would send me a replacement part. They did, although it took a few weeks, I was happy to receive it! Great customer service! Bike runs well and is comfortable to ride.

Quality is so much better than expected.

I love this bike it rides so well this is my fifth electric bike so I'm very experienced with electric bicycles but with this bike I cannot find a battery I like to carry an extra batteries with me so I can go further at any time I wish to there is no battery whatsoever on this website or any other competitions website so sadly I will have to return it because I insist on having a second battery and who I bought this from they don't sell batteries I've tried everything I could think of to get a battery if anybody else can help me out please do so please

great bike for the money. i was confused when i saw reviews calling it a vivi bike, but when i unpacked mine it says vivi on it not gocio. was glad my husband is handy, as instructions for assembly are minimal and i would have had trouble on my own. the bike is very heavy and seems well made and is easy to get on with the step thru design as i'm older now and don't like having to throw my leg over the seat any more. it's geared a little fast in pedal assist. when i bike with others it gets going too fast so i have to pedal twice then stop to coast then repeat constantly in order to stay back with other bikers. it's best on level or small gradual hills, struggles on steep hills. goes a long time on single charge, i'm a heavier rider and went 25 to 30 miles on a single charge, mostly on pedal assist but 5 /- miles of that on turbo. biggest complaint is my seat does not stay tight. if i hit a bump it will flip back on me, and then becomes loose and rocks on me which is difficult to ride. i've learned to carry my tools with me so i can tighten it occasionally. i wish it came with a small tool holder and odometer on the bike as i haven't found the ideal tool holder yet. i have purchased a nice odometer/speedometer that i added, so those are minor things and easily added later. i would recommend this bike.

The bike was suggested for person 5'1” -6'. I am 5'1” and the bike is extremely tall for me.

Last step in assembly is to install the saddle. The saddle post was manufactured incorrectly. The lift lever/quick release lever to raise the saddle in order to remove the battery , is above the instead of below the area wear the screw and bolt go. This also prevents locking of the quick release. Also, have missing parts (Reflector). Can't find who to contact for replacement. Guess I won't be inflating the tires and enjoying a summer evening in my new ride.

The bike arrived rather quickly, and well protected in the box. Assembly was quite easy, and the bike looks amazing. I am SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED with the Speed, and the "Control" panel. The panel is NOT digital and "Basic" is an UNDERSTATEMENT... ALSO, Order yourself a brighter headlamp. The tail light is Surprisingly Bright, but the headlamp is VERY DISAPPOINTING... The handlebars are also WAY Smaller than described for a "Cruiser" bike...lol. The seat is also very small %26 uncomfortable, Order yourself a Wide Sadle Seat. In retrospect, I would've ordered something in the 750 watt range for greater speed.

Item came damaged and I have contacted the seller through proper channels two times without a response.

I paid for the bike assembly. It just says bike assembly so I assumed I would be receiving a fully assembled bicycle. Nope I am receiving some person coming to my house to put the bicycle together… Not in 1 million years would I have paid for that nor would I have guessed that's what it meant.
