Really like this 5 cup pot. Simple to operate! I like the feature that shows the water level. Also like being able to get a cup before cycle is done. It is very compact

we specifically chose this to satisfy our craving for coffee daily and since we are a small family in a small home, we just need one sufficient for our needs. This tiny coffee machine is perfect for 1-5 cups of coffee in one preparation!

Love that filter is included, however make sure it is fitted in right. Makes coffee fast and hot. Just one button for on and off, so simple enough to use on those rough mornings.

It's small enough to not dominate my counter. Gets hot enough to make coffee

Word of caution, never order a coffee maker when your old coffee maker isn't working and you are coffee deprived. It's a nice little coffee maker. I like the carafe and the way it snuggles into the corner on my counter. My bad. It never occurred to me that a coffee maker wouldn't have a warming plate. Since I often make coffee for one, I was distracted by the vessel height adjuster. While I find the pause feature somewhat annoying, it's more annoying to not have it. If you don't need a warming plate or a pause feature it's nice machine, very basic.

Two problems with the carafe. a) It is too tall; it "locks" both when putting it under the brew box and removing it. b) When pouring, the spout is so narrow that spillage frequently occurs due to coffee "overpowering" the spout.

I bought this a month ago finally used it not very happy with product it says its a 5 cup coffee maker more like a 2 cup mini coffee maker this made only 2 normal coffee cups worth of coffee this is not worth $39!!!

I am totally disappointed. This coffee maker I like a toy. I want my money back Thank you Phyllis Rowlands
