The taste was not bad at all on these vitamins and they were easy to take in the morning quick with my breakfast on the go and out the door and I really do think within about two weeks. I was feeling much better all in all worth the money.

Has been a good multivitamin

My husband takes daily multivitamins. I got these for him for the extra zinc. Sometimes multivitamins can cause headaches or stomachaches. Luckily, no such side effects or any at all. So he’s willing to continue taking them! Extra zinc is good for the immune system, energy, and for healing damaged tissue. These are gel caps and are easy to swallow with water. Emerald labs is the brand that we use for vitamin c that we take during the fall and winter so for us this is a trusted company.

I recently had a check up with my doctor and he said I needed to start taking a vitamin supplement. I found this available and decided to try it. It hasn't been that long but everything seems to be just fine. They are easy to swallow, they are called vegetable caps. No nasty aftertaste and no reflux afterwards. Great quality multivitamin that has the right amount of vitamins and supplements for grown men, and I liked the fact it has extra zinc and lycopene. Pills are made of vegetable capsules, easy to swallow and gives no unpleasant burps. No indigestion issues and I certainly feel better taking them.

My husband has been taking his Emerald Labs Men's 1-Daily Multi - Multivitamin with Methylated Folate, Extra Zinc and Lycopene for about two weeks now. Maybe not long enough to see any big difference in his health but he seems to have more energy lately. He played volleyball in the pool with our children and grandchildren for the past two weekends in a row. He still complained of his normal aches and pains but not as much as usual. He hasn't mentioned a difference in how he feels except to say his urine looks bright yellow which means he is taking his vitamins. I think the longer he takes it the better we will see if this multi vitamin helps him improve his health. He wasn't taking any vitamin before this so we will be able to see if there is any difference. I will provide an update on a later date.
