This is a good vitamin for women. For buyers over 45 years old, it is recommended you purchase their 45 vitamin, as it does nose not have “iron” which is not good for women who are post menopause. That is precisely why I switched to Emerald however, I suggest you do not make the mistake I made on my last purchase %26 picked the uwrong bottle. I stopped using it, my health is a priority.
