I'm not sure what is it. But I am feeling better and I'm not feeling like I use to weeks ago . I need more time and energy to exercise and I am getting all of that. Try it and see if you feel better tomorrow. Health is wealth.

A little disappointed that another brand's dosage recommended 2 a day, these say 3 a day at the same price for the same count.

Always have these at hand
They taste great and are actually pretty fun to eat. I find the ingredients to be effective and I feel they keep my immune systems in tip tip shape. Convenient packaging which I take with on most trips.

Too much sugar
Actually, they are just OK. definitely not what I am used to or what I thought. These gummy‘s have too much sugar on each of them. I don't like that some customers may. They are pretty decent tasting, but like I said, I don't need that extra sugar on each gummy

they are extremely sour and acidic
just an extreme sour kick to the face. the side of my tongue where i chewed them is tingling from how acidic they are. you have to take 3 and they are huge so your gonna be buying another bottle in about 10 days. i haven't noticed any extra enegy or any benefits outside of the vitamins it gives. definitely not buying again.
