been taking this for 3 months now and i absolutely love the extra veggies in it for any nutritional gaps that may occur. havent had any tumny issues with it and will continue to take it as long as its available at walmart. wish it would go on sale every once in a while :)

Started taking these instead of the cheap multivitamins and i feel a big difference in how i feel everday and i can tell when I've forgotten to take it. I highly recommend every switch to a higher quality multivitamin like this one!

The multi vitamins were easy to take because of their capsule form. I would not mind a little lower price because of the number of capsules.

The pills are very large hard to swallow

Purchased for my husband and they gave him bad gas. He tried them for a little while and said no more. I thought some of the reviews have mentioned that. So that's giving you the negative up front and the rest of the explanation is as follows....... I searched online for a vitamin with very good reviews that was less expensive including shipping then our usual Nutrilite multivitamins. This seemed to fit. I purchased for my husband to try first because I had my own vitamins left. He did not like black vitamins saying he doesn't remember ever seeing a black vitamin before. Did not comment on having any more energy than before. so that was the same. In fact he was sick a couple of times Discontinuing.

if you want to itch like crazy take too much niacin!
