It’s instructed to take two before your meal that may include intolerances so I take mine before eating a lot of gluten or carbs as those are usually the food items that cause me to have digestive issues. It didn’t much make of a difference until about the 4th day when I started to notice I had less bloating and less stomach aches throughout the day. I also enjoy how they are in capsules so if you don’t enjoy swallowing pills you can break them open and add it to your smoothies and you can barely taste it. Overall it’s a good product that I will continue using.

I was able to eat bread and flour with no irritable issues arising. I didn't taste anything funky and it was easy to use. The type I got is advertised to help specifically with digestion. I can’t say I noticed a difference, but they don’t have a bad smell and they didn’t bother my stomach. I would say this product is a good thing to try, especially if you don't know what's causing your problems, since it contains many different digestive enzymes. It contains enzymes to help digest protein, carbs, fiber, fat, and lactose. You take 2 capsules right before each meal, and let it do its' job. I feel like this probably helped me with digestion, since I didn't experience any horrible GI symptoms after eating. It is hard for me to tell, though, since I don't know which meals would normally cause me problems. It also didn't help me much with bloating, however most of my bloating issues aren't caused by foods, but rather swallowing a lot of air. I also have a condition where I can't burp out excess air, so that doesn't help either. Overall, if you have stomach issues caused by foods, I would recommend at least trying this product or a similar one. I do wish they had more than 45 doses in the container for the price, though, because if you have 3 meals a day there are only 15 days worth in this bottle.
