Works really well! It doesn't last very long but it does give immediate relief which is what I needed. i had to keep asding drops but it was worth it!!

I liked the higher percentage of numbing oil. My ears were hurting so bad that I felt like screaming. Used a couple drops in the affected ear and pain was gone in 5 minutes.

The medication itself works for pain relief but the delivery system is poorly executed, it's too runny and should be in a more oily suspension so that it stays put. It runs out as soon one turns the head upright. If the lidocaine was in a glycerin suspension it would adhere to the eardrum and stay where it is needed to deliver pain relief such as other otc drops that don't have lidocaine. Otherwise, these DO offer immediate relief for allergy misery.

I havent been hurting as much in my ear as when I was hurting and ordered this product. But I'm fairly sure that these drops will help me when my ears do start hurting because I do still have a big soar inside my ear and it hurts very much.

I followed the instructions, and my ear was still painful. I figured that I would try it again just to see. Nope there was no difference. My ear was and still hurts.

It's trash I have ear pain and it's not doing what the packaging says it did not numb my ear at all I'm angry because that's basically 20 dollars wasted for no reason cause the product don't work.
