For years, I lived with knee pain. I went to physical therapy, which helped, but nothing helped as much as taking UCII. This is the brand I've been taking for the past 30 years. I take it every day. At one point I actually stopped taking it for a couple of weeks, and my knee pain came back. I am very very active. I walk every day, I garden.I am now 79, and for the past 30 years I have had no knee pain. I think what helped was that I started young, but it certainly is worth a try, even if you're a little older than I was.

I take it almost 16 month, now my joint is mush better then before, no need to injection joint synovial fluid, I will continue to purchase it and recommend it to my friend

I went on this medicine started bending over could move my fingers a whole lot better bending better could actually make a fist again went off the medicine for a couple weeks because I had a procedure and got stiff as a door knob. I love this stuff can't live without it!!
