Epson EcoTank ET-3943 Wireless All-in-One Color Supertank Printer – White

Set up was straightforward, even though the phone app was not able to connect with device until after it as connected through WiFi. Setup instructions were clear and interface was easy to use. As advertised print quality and speed. Good computer based support software.

This is a quality printer, copier, scanning machine, that will do it all. The ink installation is very easy. The install process was a little difficult for me, but I am older and not as tech savvy as other users would be. I'm very satisfied with the performance of this machine.

I was a little surprised at the high price but I do like the printer. I tried a different Epson Eco-tank and had a lot of problems with internet connections and half-printed jobs. So far, this one is good. I'm not sure I like the tray that comes out to catch your copies to k eep them from falling out of the printer. I am used to a manual tray and this one is automated. I'm afraid of a mechanical malfunction down the road but for the most part I just leave the tray out so I'm not working the mechanism. The print quality is very good. I am concerned about the eco-tank because I learned that you have to print regularly to keep the print heads from drying out. That's normally not a problem but I'll be leaving town for a month and will have to take this printer to my niece's house so she can keep it running while I'm gone. I don't think I can send a print job to the printer from my phone if I'm 1500 miles away.

Works like a charm. Instructions are numerous and detailed although in several spots common sense was needed to move forward. A piece of tape seemed to be caught and impossible to remove for example.

I thought I bought the one had had before from Best Buy. I was disappointed that I chose the wrong one. It works great, it automatically slides the tray in and slides back when it powers off. Which is nice 🙂👍. I haven't tried to scan anything yet. Printing color is kinda nice, it could be better but it's good. Double printing is nice. Low price in cart, very very high price when checking out 🙄😮‍💨.

Love the fact it's an Epson ECO Tank Printer and will print so many more pages, per fill with ink, than a printer cartridge printer! This printer also has a user replaceable waste tank, which you'll see the importance of this, below. These two items, are by far, the biggest advantages of this printer! In a few days of using this printer my biggest disappointment is, it takes so long to flip the page when doing two-sided printing, most of the time it's just sitting there... My previous printer was an ET-4550 which has been discontinued and when the ink waste tank filled up, Epson had to replace the tank as it was NOT replaceable by the user (approx $50). Looking at the printer the user could have replaced the waste tank without too much trouble, but the user was blocked from being able to clear the error message keeping the printer from doing anything except displaying the error message, that's it!!! My ET-4550 was a little over 4 years old, had a print count of a little over 29,000 pages printed and was working great except it had now been prematurely disabled by the Epson software and EPSON now tells me they don't have any Waste Tanks (but as I told them Amazon does, but they refused that option). So before you buy an Epson Printer make sure the Waste Tank is replaceable by the user!!! Check the users manual online before buying just word search for Waste Tank and it should put you in the right place. Again my ET-4500 was working perfectly until the EPSON error message permanently disabled it.

I bought this ET-3943 to replace a HP printer and hopefully save some ink costs. Generally it works OK but I can not print bank statements or e- transfer records. (Error message to check printer). I have Trend Micro protection and use Google Chrome. If I disconnect Trend Micro Pay guard the ET-3943 will print bank statements. With the Trend Micro Pay guard on ET-3943 will not print bank statements but the HP will without problem. Trend Micro support says to add the epson driver to their exception list but can not find it Can you tell me how to make this printer print bank statements?

The installation was way more difficult than it should have been. The ink didn't charge on the initial attempt and there was no menu option to charge ink again. I ended up having to use the power flush option, which is NOT recommended for this purpose. But it finally started working after that.

Piece of junk. It jams constantly, stops in the middle of a job and you have to reset the print job, prints super slow.....just junk for the price I paid. I wish I would have listened to the reviews but I wanted to chance it and go for it.

I ordered this item, I paid for this item, but WalMart won't deliver this item to me for some unknown reason. They are making me wait 48 hours for some mystery person to try delivering it magically, and then they'll cancel my order - because I'm pretty sure what WalMart said they had and were willing to sell to me for a specified price NEVER EXISTED in the first place.
