I love my new printer, the printing images are fantastic. The colors are beautiful, very fast printing. Easy set up. Touch screen is very convenient. I would recommend this printer.
Great printer and great option if u don’t want the ink subscription monthly. Just refill the ink when your out not when you have it bc they charged you.
Easy Set-up Very Good Print Quality
Can not get it to connect to print anything
Setting this up and connecting to the internet was very difficult.and took several attempts both from the printer screen and downloading and reinstalling the printer drivers. After the initial set up this printer would disconnect from wifi at will and stop printing. I attached a printer to USB cable and that did not help. After sending documents to the printer and having nothing print I gave up. One week later the documents printed. It has been impossible to set up the scan. The only portion that appears to work flawlessly is the copy function. I would never recommend this printer to anyone and wish I never purchased it.
Just bought this printer. Worked for a few weeks. Now it does not work. Tried online help. No help. Tried finding a phone number to call. Not able to talk to a human. NOT IMPRESSED WITH EPSON.
Apparently HP Apps did some changes/modifications to my computer and Epson Install App could not install successfully and I was not able to install the Epson 8420 and it is re-boxed waiting for me to return it To WALMART
Terrible machine from the start. Constant frimware uodates and poor print quality. Printer constantly drops offline and finally broken completely after 6 months. Save you money and look for better product. I stopped buying Epson products after this experience.
Wouldn’t take an ink refill and the ink in cartridges is still half full but you have to replace ink or it won’t print.that’s if you can get it to work after doing so
whats worse is the return of it, is still not processed..... stay away from walmart and go amazon
