Flonase was recommended to me on a Doctor's visit. This version works just as well for me, and otherwise, I'd be suffering from allergies pretty much every day. One thing though, if you're looking at the multi- packs, check the pricing on the other options - 4 pack and singles. While I applaud Walmart/Equate offering versions with less packaging (although the boxes are recyclable), as of this review, the single version of the same product is $20.67 for 2 bottles, or $30.98 for 3 bottles (while the 4 bottle multi-pack is $39.88). Ideally, Walmart would simply adjust the pricing to be better on the double packs, but as we're all on a budget, I know I'd appreciate it if someone pointed this price difference to me.

This is truly a quality product. After years of trying various products, and cancelling nasal surgery, my husband decided to give this a try with a little encouragement. He got relief from his stuffiness after two days on this nasal spray with no drowsiness or other side effects.

I am on oxygen 24/7 and this was recommended by my Doctor to help reduce nasal swelling from allergies and to eliminate decongestants which are addictive. It is a very fine mist, and I hardly feel it, so no gagging like with some other nasal sprays. It doesn't burn and works great without any side effects. I definitely notice when I forget to take it.

Because of Covid19 it was a relief to have a product I use year round shipped and delivered so quickly.

I like the speed at which the product arrived and the cost was reasonable. I believe their is less of a fragrance that I always get called for from others that used to live in my home.

It causes nosebleeds in my case. I ordered it because I thought it was the Nasacort equivalent but it is the Flonase equivalent which causes nosebleeds for me. It could be different for other people. The mistake I made was that the boxes of the two formulas look the same but are different colors.
