This helps me sleep so much better, I was tired of taking sleeping pills and feeling tired with no energy the next morning. I wanted to try something different and this has been a game changer for me. I have been getting the best sleep and in the morning I don't have that groggy feeling. I will definitely be purchasing more!!
The taste is a bit bitter but other than that I love the product. I do admit though, you should probably not take this product every night. I have to take 60cc ( 2 med cups) each time because just 30cc does not work for me. I have been using this product for over a year and it works for me 95% of the time. There are a few times when it did not put me to sleep but most of the time this product does what it says it will do. I tried melatonin and it did not work at all so I tried this product and love it.
I use the product occasionally as a sleep aid. In my research I found it to be $2 to $3 less than Zzz Quil with the same ingredients, I'm sold.
This has helped me lots from my sinus past few months, helps give me some sleep. Being able to breath to rest!

This sleep aid takes time to work, but eventually helps to promote sleep. But, with that said, it doesn't last the entire night. That may be an individual thing. We all have different tolerances so I think this is worth trying
The last few batches of this med tastes horrible. Nothing like it did before. Now it tastes like I'm sucking on a halls. I want this for sleep, not for a sore throat. Please go back to the old formula. It does help you sleep, but I have to take multiple doses a night because my insomnia is so bad.
It wasn't effective for me. The taste was awful.
Unfortunately never received Walmart failed to deliver as it was not in the shipping envelope yet still said delivered, still waiting for refund for missing item
