Equate Bacitracin Zinc USP Ointment, First Aid Antibiotic, 1 oz

I prefer Bacitracin Zinc USP Ointment for cuts and minor scrapes. It works really well and I like it much better than other antibiotic ointments I've tried. It's easy to apply, helps protect the skin, and is something I always keep on hand. I definitely recommend it.

Bacitracin is always my first choice of topical antibiotic. However, make sure you are not allergic to this type because some people are .! Also, I highly recommend to get this generic Walmart brand because it works exactly the same as the brand name.!!

I couldn't figure out why just 2 of my older tattoos break out in hive-like sores repeatedly every winter. This year, they didn't go away with season changes. I read up on ink poisoning. Sure enough, red ink is the color that causes ink poisoning and if left untreated can spread. While reading, I found that antibiotic ointment will help it go away in a thin layer. My former pcp had given me a steroid cream which made the rash far worse. I use Equate brand Bacitracin for all my minor abrasions. It cleared up within days!

We use bacitracin as our go-to antibiotic ointment. It works very well. For my children, a daily (or twice daily) dab on a pimple controls the pimple and prevents ia wider outbreak. I tell my kids, "Apply some Bacitracin to that red spot. Just do it." I keep a tube in each bathroom.

Walmart home delivery is a lifesaver. I recently had an accident and then recovering from the injuries so I can't drive. I love being able to go online pick and choose what I want delivered to my door quickly and efficiently. finish in addition to excellent home delivery customer service is outstanding at Walmart. I've had nothing but good experiences interacting with the customer service Representatives. I feel I am treated with respect and an important individual even though I'm one of millions it still feels like it's personal. I have to say .... I love Walmart .

ive only used this on an infected wound for two days and i ordered it because it was the cheapr one, but somehow i think it might be doing better than Neosporin bc i actually saw improvement over a single night when I hadnt being healing much at all with my usual generic triole antibiotic. Its not as thick and greasy either for an ointment. Im gonna keep using this for awhile and see

We keep this handy all the time. Get a burn in the kitchen, put some on immediately and it stops the burn and doesn't bother me anymore. Works great for psoriasis, I only get a few spots and put this on a few times a day and the spot doesn't take long to heal and usually doesn't leave a white spot. If i catch it early. Heals cuts and scrapes quicker than regular Neosporin for us anyway. We are both in our 60s.

Equate Bacitracin with Zinc Ointment is my go to application for any abrasion, lesion and break in the skin. I always have a tube in my medicine cabinet to treat myself and my family!

I bought this product to help with an infection where I had some skin cancer removed. I spread it on a bandage once and it reacted severely with my skin which must have had an allergy to it and literally “burned” or reacted with an area about 2 1/2” x 2 1/2”. Where the bandage covered the wound it's still clearing up and has not gone away after 3 days with nothing on the bandage. Stick with vasoline and skip those ointments that suggest they are an antibiotic.

Unfortunately because of the delay in delivery and the hot weather, the ointment melted. When I opened the tube it poured out like water. I have used the product before and it is good but you need to buy it in the store instead of having it delivered during summer months.
