I've been taking these for more than a year. I like these better than the powdered fiber that you mix with water. Very convenient, I keep a bottle at work and one at home. I take 5 capsules twice daily and my digestive system feels great. Just remember to drink a large glass of water with it, and plenty of water during the day. Equate is just as good as the name brand, and costs much less.

This is the best brand of fiber around. The serving is 5 one-time a day, but it works well to start with less so your body can adjust. This product has kept me with "a happy gut!".

My husband and I have been taking these of years now . We both have IBS problems. And i have to say this has helps alot . It doesn't cramp you up like some . It's gentle on your stomach.

I was using methylcellulose capsules and still had loose stools. The psyllium capsules work much better for me. Also the Equate price is a real bargain vs national brand.

I have been taking these capsules for about 3 months and the price is remarkably lower compared to what other products claim to do the same. Recently placed 2nd order so that is proof. Takes a few days to figure out how many capsules you will need so keep track. It was different for me based on the directions

Because of my diagnosis of diverticulitosis, I have been told to take Metamucil daily. I have a difficult time getting down th powder mixed with a liquid. I have used these capsules for several months with good success. At first you need to try one or two per day, then increase till you find your perfect dose. Mine is three capsules a day. Everyone is different, try till you find your happy spot.

The recommended dosage is 5 tablets 3 times daily for a total of 15 tablets per day! That is practically a meal by itself! My other fiber supplement was only 1 tablet 2 times daily. I think I will go back to my original fiber product.

It's hard to get the dose right with these and they always end up making me feel bloated. I always use the powdered fiber mix with a little apple cider vinegar, but the order took over a month to deliver so I ordered these to fill the gap. Hard times with corona virus wrecking the system! These can be better than nothing but I am keeping a supply of powdered mix on hand from now on. BTW, my wife shares the same problem with these capsules.

I was NOT aware of the side effects of adding fibre to my diet. This drug may effect other prescription medications ?. S o do not take within 2 hours of taking prescribed medications, ALSO, this product may contain chemicals such as LEAD??. I WILL NOT BE TAKING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! Also, take five (5) capsules per day!! RIDICULOUS. I am thinking of throbbing this product away!
