i put 1 star on taste because, honey, i dont chew them %26 dont think you should. but they take my pain away so i can drift off in cloudy soft slumber

When my arthritis is acting up late in the day, the only thing that helps is Equate extra pain relief PM Acetaminophen. I have been using it for many years to relieve my pain. I have been given prescriptions after prescription that never worked for me until I tried this. One of the best things it helps me to sleep. I wouldn't say this if it wasn't true. I have severe back pain which causes me not to sleep well. These help with the pain. Therefore I can get some sleep!

walmart didnt have the solid acetaminophen pm so the substitutions was a gel cap.i think the gel cap makes alot of difference working faster and sleeping longer

I really love the extra added sleep aid It helps me fall asleep and relieve my pain at the same time. Works well for chronic pain in my body.

I use these pills for pain and sleeplessness. They work right on cue as they should--with no side effects.

I purchased these for mom. She uses them to help her fall asleep at night. They seem to work great for her. We would recommend those for anyone.

These are a must for those nights you just can't fall asleep. No drowsiness or hangover in the morning. Walmarts price is so much cheaper than brand name but every bit as good.

If you have a sensitive stomach, and if you are not able to take the 'no gelcap' version, then this is right for you. The downside is you get 20 fewer pills. But again, worth it if you have stomach issues (which I don't).

I would not recommend this for people, like me, that have trouble taking large capsules/pills. The gel capsule also made it harder to swallow because of the gel. This was a substitution for me. Otherwise, I had no complaints.
