No more crutches, hello marginal independence!

Rachel March 25, 2026

Love this thing. I broke my heel and it saved my bacon. I was able to zip around my home (I have marble floors so that makes a difference, carpet with heavy pile at friends' houses was not as easy). I could use it outside but if you run into stairs, you will need help getting up and down the stairs. It turns pretty tight so you may need to adjust the turn radius. I loved how simple it was to use and very easy to put together (my husband and teenage son didn't have any problems). The wheels were perfect too. It fits into elevators and it really helped me do so much more than I could do on crutches. I could make my own food, let my dogs in and out, shower, do most of my normal activities etc. and all on my own and independently rather than asking for help. The basket attachment on the front really helped with that too. However, the pad for the knee and the hand grip were both pretty hard on my knee and hand, so I hot-glued a pillow to the knee rest, it wasn't padded enough for my injured leg to rest comfortably. Otherwise, a perfect device and honestly I wouldn't use crutches if I can use this thing.

Great little Rollator!

James July 12, 2025

Suddenly discovered I had gout (welcome to getting older) and still needed to get to work. Walking for any decent distance was out of the question, and I had to work the very next day. Walmart to the rescue! The Rollator / Knee Walker is very sturdy, and very easy to assemble. I'm a big guy (6ft 2, 260lbs), and it absolutely took my bulk like a champ. The only slight complaint is that you've got to be careful going over rough ground as the handlebars will kick and try to turn; as long as you're aware of that, you're good to go. It's fun. Can't believe I'm saying that, but it brought back memories of being a kid. Saved my bacon (which I can't eat regularly anymore because gout), but it lived to its description and got me ambulatory until things healed.

Compared to having to rent one for a minimum of a couple of months, the value is exceptional. We had to do some work on the brakes to get them to work properly, but if you can assemble the scooter you'll have no issues getting the brakes to work appropriately. The seat's adjustability and curved edges made for the perfect fit of the knee with a walking boot. The seat's stability provides allows you to place your knee at any point on the seat to accommodate different sized walking boots/cast lengths. Highly recommended for the value.

Knee Scooter

LaLadyDragon76 November 30, 2025

Accurate description of Scooter, Easy assembly, Sturdy and Price was great, as well. I ordered the item, the day before I was going to be released from rehab and it was ready for pick up! When I got home, I assembled it myself, it was that easy. I bought this item 3-4 months ago. I weigh 295, I'm 5'4" and this is a sturdy little Scooter. When I drive, I only disassemble the pole (middle) to the handle bars and it fits perfectly in the passenger seat. Even when I'm transporting it across me and the steering wheel, it fits. Comes with a front hook on bag, but I bought a bigger bag for the front, so when I go to the market (in and out), it fits a little more items. I always buy my items now, online from Walmart, easier for curbside pick up. I don't have to take down my scooter, when I buy more items than my front bag can handle and I don't spend a lot of time on my knee.

Not bad

Sarah October 8, 2025

After about a week of use it loosens up a little bit and gets kind of wobbly. The wheels are small and you have to be very careful if you are in a parking lot or driveway if you hit a small rock it will stop dead and potentially fall. Having the little basket on the front is nice for shopping and moving things from room to room. Overall , it was a decent purchase at a good price, renting one would have cost me almost double what I paid for it.

the wheels are too small they don't work well on rough terrain even when you are on the sidewalking maybe hit a rock you get thrown off balance I have fallen twice because. so I would not recommend it unless you have no rocks or no rough terrain. fortunately I'm only using for a short period of time so I can get by with it but if I had to do over again would have spent the extra money in but scooter with inflatable tires. with at least 12 inch tires on the front.

squeaky. I would not recommend going off the pavement with this. even the smallest of cracks or divits feels like I'm hanging on for my life. i fot this because i didn't want to use crutches until my insurance would provide a scooter, so i got this. it's getting the job done. i like the basket on the front. i added a bike drink and phone carrier on it which has been a game changer

I broke my foot on a Saturday evening and Walmart plus delivery service is wonderful. They delivered my scooter on Sunday morning at 7:30am. The scooter however has a hard cushion, the turning radius is bad and not suited for outside use!!! It does not roll well over any tiny rocks or cracks in concrete!!!!!

Opened this and put it together. It is very flimsy and knee pad is hard on the knee. The very next day I wanted to return this and was told it isn't possible to return it. I can only replace it. I would strongly recommend that you do not purchase this product

weld broke after 3 weeks

devin November 17, 2025

my son/stepson, was using this because his foot is in a boot and isn't allowed to apply pressure to it. (per doctor's orders) he was at school today, when a weld broke and it caused him to fall. now we have to visit the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this equipment to my worst enemy.
