I LOVE IT!!!! Easy to hold while placing in the freezer. Love that it comes with a cover with Velcro to keep the ice pack secure. After my knee surgery I placed the white side on my knee and used the Velcro to keep it in place. This ice pack was very useful as I was able to adjust it to suit my needs. The first time I used it I left it in the freezer for 2 hours and it didn't stay cold long. I now leave it in the freezer all night/day flattened evenly so it freezes better and stays colder longer. I keep it in the freezer until I'm ready to use it after exercises or when I've been standing up too long. It doesn't harden like ice but remains flexible. I had it on my surgery knee and my ankle started hurting so I placed it there; IT HELPED ease the pain.

Great large reusable flexible ice pack. I haven't used it as a heating pack yet, but this has been frozen and thawed several times what I like about it is when it's frozen is still flexible and comfortable. You don't need an extra cover for it because it's got built-in fleece, but they provide one anyway and it's got bands on it so that you can like wrap it around you.

I actually love these. I have five of these and use them every day. I also have smaller ones and they work just as good. I actually love the utilization when my leg or ankles swell. I can actually wrap them around my ankles or leg, and the swelling always goes down instantly.

We heat these in the microwave and use them almost daily. They are therapeutic for aches/pains and comforting warmth to take the chill off when settling into bed.

my husband hurt his knee, this wrap stays on with the velcro and was large enough to completely go around. The bag it goes in is was able which is a bonus.

i use this on my knees helps with arthritis pain really like the fact you can freeze them for cold treatment or heat them in microwave for heat treatment

Works very well. Stays cold 45 mins or so. I'm actually buying a second. The straps are super helpful to hold it in place on my knee. The gel is easy to move the way you want it even when frozen.

I've purchased three of these ice packs over the years, and have gifted one to a friend with knee issues and she is very happy with it. Works great, fitting on all parts of the body thanks to the Velcro straps. Only negative is the bag may leak of the content after sometime, but even this I am not sure of.

I needed it for an ice pack. It stays cold maybe ten to fifteen minutes before returning to room temperature. Save your money for better products - I sure wish I had! Not worth the money at all.

Just went to use this and noticed one of the straps on the sleeve/cover is 80% detached, and I've only had this for a few weeks. Not worth the price if that's how long they last.
