I am a student so I always take these the night before Exams to ensure that I am well rested! What I love most about these gummies is there aren't a bunch of filler ingredients! There are 60 gummies in each container, take two at a time and get ready to have the best sleep our life!

This seems to work while melatonin only not so well. Took 3 or 4 days for first results, but seems to be working now. Now feel sleepy when i wake up, and had first dream last night in a while.

Occasionally, I have issues with my sleep, especially after a long days of working so I may have to take a melatonin or drink chamomile tea. The supplement is supposed to help with sleep as it is just the chamomile in a pill form. It is easy to take, but I have not seen as much of an improvement, but it may be because I take it as need basis instead consistently.

Expensive CANDY! That's all this. Pay close attention to the "good" reviews. They're almost all "promotion" collected. In other words, they were free to the people doing the review. I took two before bed. Chewed completely. There are 60 gummies in the bottle. Since the product wasn't having any effect on me, I continued taking more throughout the night/ morning. So between 7:30PM - 4:00AM, I had only 20 gummies left. So, yeah, I had taken 40. I only slept in 30 minute increments when I did fall asleep. They're not too expensive so I won't seek a refund, however they don't work. As a matter of fact, there is so much sugar in these gummies, it's probably whats keeping people awake.
