Equate Men Pomade for Medium Hold and High Shine, 3.0 oz, Compare to American Crew®

Bought this for my son since he wasn't happy with a product he previously purchased. So far he likes it. He just wishes the scent was a bit “nicer smelling” my opinion doesn't smell bad he just wants a more manly smell he says. Hold is flexible and perfect amount of shine.

The equate men hair styling line is coming to knock American Crew off their pedestal lol. Overall good product. It works very well on just out of the shower completely towel dried hair. Stays in place with good manageability throughout the day—-apply hairspray to lock in place. Note: to all hair styling companies—-it may be a pomade product, but it doesn't always have to smell like our grandpa's 70' pomade product! You've modernize the product, how about modernizing the scent! Cuz I may be getting old but I don't need to be reminded that I am——with this old man Murray pomade like scent. Upgrade it! It gets 1/2 the job done, I need a stronger hold so I have to pair it with another pomade. But if you want a flexible shine, this is your stuff. Also nice smell

It has a good hold to it. Able to twist the hair into shape wanted. use in beard when required. It has a nice matte finish and isnt sticky or shiny to point its noticeable

The price is right and the hold and conditioning is superior. It took 2 weeks before my husband would let me put it in his hair. It turned his out of control scour pad hair into beautiful soft curls that held in place. He really likes it. Little dab will do ya.

I liked that it works well with my hair type. If that's the style I want, yes, it gives my hair a sleek, natural look, and it felt lightweight and not heavy in my hair. It has a pleasant smell.

This product works as described. It has a good hold in your hair, it gives a bit of shine, and it keeps my hair out of my face during the work day. It brushes out nicely while still having some hold, and it washes out easily with just water. You'll want to do a full shower to get it out completely, and if you happen to forget you'll wake up with the craziest hair styles

I like the product for what it's is especially the flexibility in the ways it lets me style my hair. I just wish the smell was toned down a bit.

Had a hard time getting the product out of the jar. Seemed really stiff and hard. Finally wet my fingers and was able to scoop out a little. Product works ok after that but I may try using a spoon next time

This was not great on my son's hair. By the end of the day, he looked like he had greasy hair. So no thank you
