Equate Nicotine Gum 2 mg, Stop Smoking Aid, Fruit Flavor, 160 Count

The 4 mg is satisfying accuses me from smoking a regular cigarette so I'm ecstatic and super excited over the nicotine showing gum. I recommend it. It does help take a minute to get used to the chewing up the gum and absorbing the 4 mg so if you're not used to it, I will start with 2 mg and then see how that works for you if it doesn't then you upgrade it to 4 mg but I'm really satisfied.

This helps with cravings with smoking cigarettes, regular or electric. 2mg is better than 4mg for your mouth as it can be irritated.

This particular flavor holds longer than the others, and I've tried them all. I used to smoke 1-2 packs a day and I only chew half a piece of this 2mg gum at a time.

I usually order the 160 count box, but 9 times out of 10 they are out of stock and I have to order the smaller size to make sure I don't run out. These are ridiculously expensive.

Great way to ease cravings

Bought this for spouse that didn’t want to stop smoking. He tried it and is smoking less everyday.

This is an aid to use when quitting smoking. It is very helpful and the fruit flavors are best.

I took out the first piece of the brand new Equate pack. It was kind of stiff, but tasted good for about 30 seconds. After that it had a stronger and stronger bad taste, and then started feeling strongly acidic sensations down my throat as I swallowed normallly. The taste and sensations only got worse, but that would’ve been somewhat acceptable if everything else had gone Okay. I was determined to finish chewing the active ingredients out of the gum. After that, I gladly spit it out. Within minutes I felt very dizzy, started getting a headache, which I am not prone to at all, and then started feeling nauseated. I had to lay down, and really worried for a while that even worse things were gonna happen. I didn’t feel better for about 90 minutes, but still have felt weak and cruddy through the rest of today. It’s been twelve hours, and still have a slight headache. I doubt Walmart lets this stay on their site, but who knows in today’s world.

People using nicotine patches for detox report the brand "Equate" is ineffective. Waste of money.
