Equate Nicotine Transdermal System helped me to quit smoking all together. I started with the 7 MG patch for two months, then increased to the 14 MG patch for two months, then to 21 MG patch for a couple of months then one day I woke up and didn't need to smoke! And I haven't smoked since with no problem whatsoever. Then I just gradually reversed back down to 7 MG patch. Haven't desired a cigarette since.

Works if you can keep them on. Summer heat %26 working outside they would slide around or fall off constantly. I use a bandage to keep them from falling off %26 that helps a lot!!

I saw a video from a Dr who stated low dose nicotine by transdermal patches * on occasion * was actually healthy and good for your body, and helps you generate energy, so I decided to try it, because I have NONE and have tried everything else. It does help! I'm not up cleaning out closets, but doing better. 😊

If you want to quit smoking/vaping, get these. They're great, and every bit as good as Nicorette for half the price. The reviews say they fall off, won't stay in place, etc., etc., but I didn't really have that problem. Wash your arm, I shaved the area where I put mine, and washed the area with Dawn dishsoap, and my patch would stick with no trouble, all throughout my work day. I started smoking when I was 15 years old. I moved to vaping when I was 30, because I fell for all the hype that it was "safer than smoking", after 6 years of vaping, I got to the point where I was having asthma like attacks, where I could not breathe, multiple times daily. I knew it was time to stop. I've finished the 3 step program and I've been off the Nic for 4 months now. I definitely recommend THIS product!

Works better than I thought for much less than Nicoderm. I've been smoking for over 30 years, and I haven't had a cigarette since December 30. That's not much time, but I am determined to stop. I'm already on step 2. It's not as hard as I thought it would be.

Why are these 7 mg patches from equate not available any more?? All WM stores are not carrying them.

Product is fine, process to get it is ridiculous. Store keeps them behind lock and key so you have to wait for an employee, then they take them and put them in another lock box which is then unlocked by another employee at check out. good lord if you're that paranoid about theft then put them behind the fricken pharmacy counter. its absolutely absurd and a waste of time on both ends.

Must be a shortage on these, I can't find step 3 anywhere. Don't understand, you have step 1 and 2 and step 3 disappeared

Does not stay stuck on you. Adhesive is non existent. Not one of the patches stuck to me on any part of body.
