These diapers are very absorbent. i use them for my accidental leaks in the day. The civerage is great and not bulky. The wing in the back provides excellent coverage at night. The diapers are a great buy and are comparable to the name brand one. same coverage ..but much cheap price.

Exceptional value, exceptional product.

CJ July 13, 2026

I am 67 and had four children and have pretty bad incontinence now. These pads are exceptional, first they're made in America, second they're long and good thickness and hold a decent amount of body fluids. I guess, depending on your size of your body and how big your bladder is you might get a little leakage. But overall I highly recommend these.

Overall Greatfor Incontinence or Heavy Flow Times

LyLy July 1, 2026

I am an active middle aged woman who deals with bladder issues. These pads are very absorbant, but you have to have the right kind of panty for this to fit right (these pads are very big!). They are also great for periods. And I wear legging with these and my hubby cannot tell - but you can wear bagging clothing to be safe :)

Long Search Finally Paid Off

Barbara July 19, 2026

I don't have a bad incontinence problem - just when i stand up a leak surprises me. So I wear pads often just to keep from leaking on my underwear and onward onto my pants. It saves you from having to wash your slacks ever half a day or wonder if you smell. And when I had periods I was always searching for pads that truly worked well - and I found that Walmart makes the best - as far as quality, width, and especially LENGTH!! You'll see tons of other makes that say "long," but they must be confusing inches with centimeters, cuz "long" to them usually means 6 inches. If you're REALLY lucky, then 8 inches. This Walmart Equate product goes up to 14.5 inches. And it's thick and wide. Yes, it may show if you wear short blouses or tuck them in. I almost always wear VERY long, man-size "overshirts" when i leave the house, so nobody will see. If i don't wear one of these big pads, I wear Equate's Ultra-Thin Maximum Absorbency pads, size 5 - the highest under "Maximum" but I think there's an Ultimate Absorbency, too. These highest "size" pads are also really really long and they won't show if you tuck your shirt in. Lastly, just want to say that I'm 77 and have searched for good pads for more than 60 years - so maybe you can trust me on these two products. (BTW, Walmart pads stick to your underwear 10x better than more expensive brands. And, No, I'm not getting any perks for this review,,,) '

Hi folks. If you are incontinent(as I am..I was in an accident in 2015..(I am paralyzed on my left side and my right leg amputated above the knee~100% bedridden). At first my kidneys shut down and I was on dialysis but God created a miracle...No more diaysis. I can that these pads are the best on the market I use them as inserts inside my briefs. They adhere great, they absorb so much fluid with zero leakage The price compared to brand name is extremely less and these are far more superior.and you can have delivered or shipped. I hope this review helps you, Blessings to a]],

The quality of this product seems to have declined. I found them to be less absorbent than they once were. Also, the pads were folded in such a way that the part that is in the back had a bump that didn't smooth out so it didn't lay right. They are still a good value but I would recommend use for someone needing good coverage but less absorbency.

Used For Other Purposes

Laura June 7, 2026

I use these for my severe HS and they do a good job keeping my clothes from getting stained versus using nothing at all. But on the couple of occasions I needed them for what they're designed for, they had no absorbency whatsoever. To clarify without trying to overshare, I only leaked a little but none of it gathered in the pad.

i used to buy these for nightime use, and they worked well. Something changed in how they are made in the last year, and its like wearing a thin pad for light absorbency! Do not trust them to work overnight any more. Most definitely not "dependable " any longer!! Do not recommend 😢

Poor Quality

Anastasia June 12, 2026

I am very disappointed with the lack of quality of these pads. I usually buy poise, but I was attracted to the lower price of the equate brand, so I thought I'd give them a try. They are nowhere near the quality of the poise brand. They are oddly shaped and tend to leak, and are no way near as absorbent as the poise are. I won't make that mistake again!

Defective packages of product

Mar July 23, 2026

I have used this product for quite a while, however, the last two packages that I received the when you remove that product from your underwear, the whole glue area along with the cotton sticks to it in it. I have not been able to get it out. What happened to your quality?
