Equate Reusable Hot or Cold Small Compress, 5"x10", 1 Count

This is a replacement for a compress I've had for years. The original got damaged and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find one, but it's as good as the old one and is in frequent use in our household. We usually keep it in the freezer and haven't used the "hot" feature.

This was a lifesaver when I had body pain that woke me up in the middle of the night. I can't take the usual medications for pain- only Tylenol. So I would heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds and lay down on top of it and it eased my back pain wonderfully. You can also freeze it and use it as a cold pack for pain which I did that too. I have one in my freezer right now and one in my room just in case I need one to warm up again. Excellent product. I have to say it again. Great Value equals great products.

These ice packs are durable and practical. They freeze quickly for use within hours. The fabric material is soft and the liquid inside is not too cold so can apply to skin but I wrap in a pillow case. They are flexible and can encompass what ever area needs icing. I have several of these because I use them everyday.

I didn't realize the ear pain or neck swelling that followed a tonsilectomy could be so intense. I already had one of these in my freezer from a previous knee injury and started using it for my ear and neck pain. Decided to have a second one delivered so I didn't have to wait to have another cold one ready.

This is the most durable Equate ice compress I've ever owned. Have owned %26 used them for many years. Only reason I am purchasing another compress set (small %26 large) is because my ice chest fell out of my vehicle with both sizes inside. Lost everything including chest. I was in Houston when it happened. Like that no towel is necessary to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE EQUATE ICE COMPRESSES TO ANYONE NEEDING VERY DURABLE ICE COMPRESSES

It's bigger than I thought it would be since the package states "small" but it's actually a perfect size for my needs. I like the flat, rectangular shape and it has a nice soft fabric like exterior. This pack fits easily into my tiny freezer. I have not tried using it for heat therapy as I bought it strictly for cold use.

This product works well hot and cold. I use it more frequently than I would like to admit. This is exactly what I was looking for in a cold pack. I HATE those gel ball ones that never stay cold. It stayed cold for as long as you could hope any cold pack would. Hot worked well for a headache. You can heat it up for a few seconds more until it gets to the right temperature for you. This pack is such a pain reliever. I am so happy I got it.

I can't honestly answer for hot because I have only used it cold which is exactly why I bought it but that being said I'm definitely satisfied with this particular ice pack and the size was perfect for the injury to my knee i like the fabric as well and it stayed cold for a good amount of time I would definitely recommend this product

I just had shoulder surgery and this was to help with my healing process. I ordered a 3 pack of large. I received 1 large and 1 small. After being in a freezer for many days it wasn't very cold. The paj returned to room temperature after 5 to 6 minutes. Not helpful for my shoulder pain!!!
