These balls work well sliding the walker from carpet to tile. We must change them about 2 weeks. I would like something that we would not have to change so often.
What a Supervalu for these two tennis balls for a walker. I am an older woman and had no problem, putting them on my walker and what a difference it makes in ease of pushing! Highly recommend
Durability: Tennis Balls Bought for knee replacement Rehab. Used inside house on hardwood and tile upon receipt. 1st time used outside to PT Monday on concrete drive and inside facility. Patient requires much walking for recovery. He walked to mailbox using concrete driveway, which put holes through bottom of both balls. Our first experience with a walker.
I didn't realize the slits were made just as a single cut, causing them to make a gap at the base of the walker. X slits are far superior, as the X makes a better fit with far less gapping.
I had never used a walker consistently. After walking on the hallway carpet the therapist suggested I buy a pair. They are easy to install and worked for several days until wearing through. They were never used outdoors. The therapist upon examining them said she would not recommend them to other clients. Unless you are willing to replace them frequently DO NOT waste your money!
These wore out in less than one day. Yes, my walker and I are hard on tennis balls. Real tennis balls lasted less than a week. But less than one day? Grrr.
My husband only used these 2x on his walker and there was nothing left of the tennis ball where it glides on the floor. We thought these balls would last longer than regular tennis balls, but they did not.
Product did not last one week. I used it on floors and carpets for less than one week and the walker ends were scratching the floor. Will NEVER reorder this product. Very disappointing in quality and durability of this item.
Sorry but these balls were again purchased for my walker by my granddaughter. Went on one two three but after two days they were so worn down that I was stretching on the sidewalk. Me cause I have to use a walker to go out didn't help me at all.
They wore through within days! Save your money and go to Amazon and pay a little extra for "skies" or "slides" for the back of your family or yourself walker.
