Equate Witch Hazel Astringent USP, 16 fl oz

I use this with my other ingredients to make my non-DEET, safe insect repellent. We live on a small farm that this year is swarming with mosquitos. I gave this to the man who cuts our grass and my husband who needed it to get from his car from the house. First comment: this smells so good. 2nd comment: It's working. The one who works outside said that they fly around him but fly away. No more bites. Best bang for the buck. It provides the main ingredient and the applicator bottle. Thank you Walmart. You are saving two families from any number of the diseases that mosquitoes carry at price that a person on social security can afford to share it. Please don't raise the price.

I use Witch Hazel for many things. After cleansing my face I always close my pores with it. I use it for cuts and nicks. My grandmother used it and her skin was still beautiful when she passed away. I am 65; most people think I am 55. Guess it speaks for itself.

I use this as a toner. I know many people say its way too harsh and not to use it, but for my skin it works wonders tot clear up my hormonal acne.

Good on a cotton ball to wipe a sweaty face or behind ears. It kind of refreshes without drying, the alcohol is only 14%.

Great astringent to treat insect bites. Also good as carrier for home made insect repellent spray with Essential oils.

Just as effective as the major named brand but much less expensive.

Still trying. I miss my Neutrogena Pore Reducing Toner, but they've been out for forever. This is easier on the budget, but it smells icky
