convenient. If the ice melts it recycles the water and tells you whe to add water. Its really cool. i like it. 10 minute ice. too small for a party though. its good for 2 people. That why I got the small one. i use it in my Insulated bottle and last for hours so I'm happy. Buy larger ones for a family.

On a scorching hot day, nothing is better than a ice cold beverage. It is a less expensive model bud does the job. about every 3 days,I fill a 1 gallon bag of ice which c appreciate the compact size unit that fits perfectly in my 5th wheeler kitchen

Purchased this to replace a EUHOMY that stopped working due to "ice full" sensor failure that couldn't be corrected. So far this new unit works perfectly and hopefully will not suffer same malfunction. The price was too good to not give the brand another try.

I love the countertop icemaker, although I'm not sure of some of the steps I will need to keep it clean in the future. But nevertheless, I love the size of the cubes and the size of the machine. I pick one day a week to accumulate ice and stored in my freezer it's very convenient and I stored in the Ziploc bags according to the amount that I would need.

It actually works just as it should, and the Price was Great. The problem was, from the moment the Ice went into the glass, I had about 5 minutes to chugalug the drink untill it melted. It was as though the ice wasn't hard enough to last through the drink.

I bought this ice machine as a backup because the ice maker in my refrigerator is not working. The ice cubes are small but the ice maker works. I will look into having the ice maker on my refrigerator repaired/replaced and use this machine for emergencies or as a backup.

Poor design. It maked ice very well and quick. The design problem is that the sensor that stops the ice from overflowing is located where the ice comes out of hopper. It blocks the sensor and stops making ice. You have to physically move the ice to the back of the bin to clear the sensor. You have to do this 5-6 time to finally fill up the storage bin.

Within a few months this machine began shedding what appears to be the rubber lining of internal components into the ice. I thought at first when the pieces were very small that this was an issue with needing to be cleaned more often... but as larger pieces started to be frozen inside the ice, it soon became clear that it must be components breaking down internally. Waste of money - lasted less than 4 months - not to mention more than a little gross. I attached a photo of the material being frozen inside the ice.

After one hour and 30 minutes, I got this product to make six (6) small ice cubes. It seems to boil the water in the background, and you have to keep pressing the power button to get it to make 3 cubes and throw them in the basket. I do believe this unit is defective.

Major design flaw traps mold/algae at the bottom drain! While this machine makes great ice, it has a serious hygienic design flaw. Within a few days of setup, I repeatedly found weird, discolored particles in the water basin and ice. Despite multiple deep cleans and using fresh filtered water only, they kept returning. I have only ever used filtered water, the scoop and no hands inside the machine, and only had this running for 3 weeks while trying to figure this out. I completely took the unit apart and discovered the root cause: the plastic trap at the bottom covering the drain has tight, pre-molded circular creases that trap germs. It acts as a breeding ground for algae or orange fridge mold/biofilm. Because of how it's molded, it is impossible to scrub clean once it starts growing. I've had to remove the bottom drain trap entirely to stop the growth, and my ice has finally been clean since. Watch out for this piece! Pictures below to show the growth of what I was finding alongside the unit, in the ice mold basket, finished ice basket, in the ice itself. Only running this for 3 weeks and it already developed this growth, I even ran 2 separate self cleans to try and figure out where the growth particles where coming from, the self cleans couldn't even get rid of this problem.
