For the price and everything that comes with the set its unmatched in price. Works great ! Its a great purchase. Bought it to work on my wrx and have no complaints

Can't 5 star only because have only used it to work on two cars thus far, but for the money, it's 5 stars so far. Comes with two batteries and a bunch of impact sockets, drill bits, and screw bits. Good bargain. The batteries had power already, so don't know if this is typical charge time, but both batteries charged up in 2 hours. I did a tire rotation, and a tire swap (8 removal and installs) on one battery and still has charge. The complaints about the 1/2 socket not fitting are because when new, the striker will fit the socket tight. I found after the installs that it actually became loose, so reverse problem. It removed an SUV and a sedan bolts perfectly with little effort or excitement. Highly recommend for the price. This is easily a $300 set if a major name brand.

It's a great buy. I am starting my career as a mechanic, and this impact wrench has handled everything I've thrown at it. It's not a high-torque wrench, so keep that in mind. It takes a second or two to get well-torqued down bolts moving, but still gets the job done quickly. The variable speed modes are a nice feature a use often. I like it enough to look into other products from this manufacturer.

love the product to the fullest! The only thing I don't like is that the torque lever is not adjustable. Anytype of pressure to the bottom ,is fast .like no slow mode

Walked in the store to get dog food saw a pool on sale and thought it was a great deal but I was there with my car .. I asked the team member that was in toys with lead under his name badge if I would pay for it it could be hold at customer service until I chance vehicles which would been an hour Team member said sorry we can't do that the liability would be to high I'm like what ? After several back and fourth he said sorry can't help you and walked away I went and got my dog food walked over to the pool one more time and was just disappointed At the cash register I open my app and looked if it was available over the store pick up and it was so I ordered it I paid for my groceries and went home It's disappointing that a team member let a customer walk away from a $500 plus sale

One battery went bad after third use it won't charge

I "bit" because of the low price, which should have been my first clue. It came and I decided to see what the true torque and ability of this item would be. Torqued a lug nut to 90 lbs. and given that this is supposed to be able to handle up to 400 lbs. I thought ok, let's see what you have. No. Not at 90. Okay, how about 80. No. 70? Yes, but it struggled. Hard. With a full charge battery, and the equipment got warm to the touch. Using a lot of amps from the battery I assume, but only 70 lbs. of torque is what it can handle. And not well at that. Used it to snug a 1/2 inch nut and bolt, and it would apply about 40 lbs. of torque. So, not the stated 400 lbs. or

After a couple uses and less than 2 weeks of owning only 1 direction works and it has a short battery life
