Have been using this in a small bedroom that always feels moist. This little thing works like a champ! It pulls so much moisture out of the room! Going to purchase another one for my RV
This is my third Eva- Dry 1100 - it feels slightly less “substantial” than the older models- its definitely lighter plastic but seems to work just as well. With constant use these powerful little dehumidifiers work for about 6/7 years which is incredible (prob last longer if my kids remembered to clean it more often! ) Two of our bathrooms have no vents at all- and we put one in each -these do the job beautifully!
This product is amazing! Absolutiely pleased with it. It's tiny yet powerful. I moved into an apartment complex where I'm on the 1st floor, but it's sub level, ground level, so it's more like living in a fancy basement. In any event, anytime it would rain, or it was really humid, the bathroom tiles woud be damp. Like an entire coating of droplets of water. I tried to combat this myself, every few mins I would go in and wipe the floor with a towel and then I thougt, I'll buy something to help with this issue. and that's where Eva-Dry came in. This thing works, the minute I saw the tray filling up with water I was so pleased. :-) the Bathroom floors have remained dry I've never had the issue again, and my family and I can now use the bathroom without having to worry about stepping on damp tiles or slipping and falling. I 100% recommend this product it's worth every penny, you will not be dissappointed.
This was perfect for our closet that had a wet floor (and funky smell) due to a water leak. It worked great and did just as it advertised! I just wish we could've bought a small one in a store but the stores around here only carry the big $200 ones in stock. This worked fine and will have it if we ever need it again. (It was also cheaper than renting one at $30 a day)
I am using this in my master closet which is subject to moisture as it is off of the bathroom. This things is quiet, efficent, and quickly zapped the stale smell. I am emptying the cup about once every day and a half. I well never use those rid moisture pellets again!
We have two of these in our camper and they make a big difference in humidity control. Very small but efficient.
Don't let the size fool you. This is a great unit for it's size. I have it in a master bath area where we keep a rack for drying towels after a shower. The unit is quiet and effective.
A great little machine, very quiet also. It will work as advertised only in a small space, such as a bathroom or closet, but takes care of the space very well. We have another larger dehumidifier in the adjacent large room to do the heavy lifting, but this little unit takes care of drying our towels every day. It is so easy to use, literally pull out of the box, examine the simple controls, plug in, and turn on. Easy to pull the receptical out to dump the water.
We got this dehumidifier to assist with winterizing our trailer,(950 cubic feet), works well, keeps the humidity at 50-55% , I installed a 24 hour timer, which runs the dehumidifier 12 hrs on/12 off. The reservoir is approx. 3" deep ,with using the timer it collects about an 1" of water per day. We live in NW Oregon, lots of rain, with 80% humidity being "normal". Good little dehumidifier for this application and price.
We bought this dehumidifier to use in our camper van. The windows condensate terribly overnight thanks to two people breathing and emitting water vapor all night. We wanted to run a dehumidifier to keep things dry and reduce the risk of mold forming. We purchased this one rated for small rooms and low power consumption thinking it would be perfect for a van sized space. After letting it run all night we woke to find all of our windows dripping with condensation once more and not a single drop of water in the dehumidifier. We were very disappointed with this purchase for not reducing the humidity by (literally) a single drop.
