VTech DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone with Call Block, CS6919 (Silver & Black)

The VTech phone was easy to set up on my small living room table. You can clearly hear the other person's voice without repeating the same conversation over and over again. The silver and black color looks so professional. VTech phones are affordable and will last for a long time.

The speaker on the phone needs improvement. The other person is somewhat distorted/low and they say they can't hear us well either. I removed a star and strongly considered removing 2 because the speaker is why people buy speaker capable landline phones. My kid still keeps asking to use my cell phone. Otherwise, it works fine with normal use and all other features are useful.

The volume for this is extremely low. Very inadequate. The volume of the version is almost 5 times louder. For those with normal hearing, the volume is still low with the speaker on. For those who are hearing impaired, this is not the phone for their use. The Mute and Delete buttons are the same. Overall, a bad improvement on the previous models.

works with my magic Jack. but my son lost it and we can't find temhe phone. wish it had a tracker. can't hear the find signal.. and the find button on the charging device stopped lighting up when I push the find button

Only lasted for 2 weeks then went completely dead. Weather was fine %26 other corded phone in house is still working. Had to get another phone elsewhere. Went back to a cheaper corded phone from another source. Decided against another cordless phone. Disappointing.

This brand has never come out of the box with the time and date settings that work. I only buy it because it's the cheapest. Guess I got what I paid for. Over the years I've bought 5. It's important to know what time and date a call comes in. Why have the feature if it NEVER WORKS?

Ordered online for delivery. It came via UPS quickly. The problem with phone is it is USED. Box had been opened, and packaging was missing. It powers up, but will not connect to the base. It was obviously returned defective and someone taped the box shut and resold it as new. NOT COOL. Obviously I will return it, but I'm out the time I waited for it and the time I have to put into returning it.

I have bought 3 V-Teck phones over past year and this last one lasted less than 24 hours, died over night, had phone repair come and check all and they said get a new one ... [big sigh] what crap these phones are, I will never buy another one from this company !!

I hooked this phone up and the in use light won't stop blinking even though the phone isn't in use. I looked up and completed the trouble shooting steps and this did not help. I can't return it as I don't have the packaging. Very upset
