I've been taking this brand of Primrose Oil capsules for a while, to help control hot flashes. They seem to do the trick, as when I don't take them, the hot flashes return. I, personally, do not experience adverse side effects when taking this brand of Primrose Oil capsules, but they are quite large, so if you have swallowing issues, look elsewhere.

I don't know why I take this. Because of the name? I don't even know what an evening primrose is or why I need to take it.

I purchased the evening primrose oil to help with perimenopause symptoms. Since taking this I feel like some of my symptoms and in particular my emotional fluctuations have become more stable. Not sure if it is a placebo effect, but I will continue to take this supplement. Thank you!

I take Evening Primrose Oil for hip joint inflammation. Nature's Truth does not upset my stomach and does not have a bad after taste. I like the fact that Nature's Truth Evening Primrose Oil Capsules are available in 2000mg strength which is difficult to find. I would definitely recommend Nature's Truth Evening Primrose Oil Capsules because they are an excellent price for the quality of the product.

Take this for my arthritis. It has helped me for years.
